Q.ik lithium e-bike batteries are covered for 1 year from the invoice date or the date the bike is received for online orders, consistent with the battery period listed in the Q.ik Warranty Policy.
What the battery warranty covers
The battery warranty applies to original manufacturing defects in the lithium battery supplied with a Q.ik e-bike or compatible Q.ik battery product purchased from qikbike.com or an authorized Q.ik sales channel.
What is not covered
The battery warranty does not cover normal capacity reduction from use and aging, damage caused by incorrect charging or storage, water damage, impact damage, unauthorized repair, modification, use with incompatible chargers or components, neglect, misuse, commercial abuse, or damage caused by an accident.
Charging and storage responsibilities
To protect battery life, use only the recommended charger, avoid extreme heat or freezing storage, keep the battery away from water, and follow the charging instructions in the user manual. If the bike or battery will not be used for an extended period, store the battery with an appropriate charge level and check it periodically.
