Refund policy
We are committed to getting our customers satisfaction. Therefore, If your purchase doesn't meet your expectances, you can manage a return/exchange request by means of contacting us by email to the following address info@qikbike.com. In the lines below you can note the return/exchange conditions and procedure:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions:
. The return policy only applies to customers on our website purchases.
. All items to return must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
. All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team by email info@qikbike.com
. Returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery date.
. Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-returnable items:
. The following items are non-returnable:
. Personalized or customized items.
. Items marked as final sale or out let.
. Gift cards and vouchers.
3. General Return Process:
. Contact our customer service team by email info@qikbike.com to initiate a return request and receive a return form. Please do not return any product without Q.ik approval.
. Fill out the return form and include it with your return package.
. Pack the item securely and well protected. Also include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Charge:
. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the received item was damaged or defective.
5. Refunds:
. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
6. Order Cancellations:
. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item, and don't open the carton.
7. Product Damage:
. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item. After this period no return due to damages will be accepted.
. In this event the freight does not need to be borne by the customer. If it happens, please send photos/videos of the product damage to info@qikbike.com
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want every Q.ik customer to feel confident before and after purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made on qikbike.com and to orders shipped to Spain, supported European countries, the United States, and Canada.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To begin a return, contact info@qikbike.com before sending any product back to us.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, chargers, accessories, keys, and protective materials included. E-bikes and lithium battery products must be packed securely and shipped only after Q.ik confirms the approved return method.
Items that cannot be returned
Customized or personalized products, gift cards, final-sale items, outlet items, used items, damaged items, and products returned without prior Q.ik approval cannot be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because e-bikes and lithium batteries require careful handling, please do not return these products without Q.ik return instructions and carrier approval.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@qikbike.com with your order number, photos or video, and a description of the issue so we can review the case and provide next steps.
Order cancellations
If your order has not shipped, contact us quickly and we will try to cancel it before dispatch. Orders that have already shipped cannot always be cancelled and may need to follow the return process after delivery.
