At Q.ik, we ship folding electric bikes and carbon folding electric bikes from our European operations with protective packaging and carrier services suitable for high-value e-bikes containing lithium-ion batteries.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped to Spain, supported European countries, the United States, and Canada. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
1. Order processing and dispatch time
In-stock folding e-bikes and carbon folding e-bikes are normally prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-orders, address or payment verification, remote addresses, customs, carrier disruption, or lithium battery carrier approval may require more time.
2. Delivery methods and estimated times
Small accessories may ship by parcel courier. E-bike orders for Spain and Europe may ship by road freight or courier freight. E-bike orders for the United States and Canada may ship by international freight, courier, or approved carrier services.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, lithium battery transport rules, remote areas, carrier capacity, or local import procedures may extend delivery.
3. Shipping costs
Unless the product page or checkout clearly states that shipping is included, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. If shipping is not available for your address at checkout, contact us before placing an order.
4. VAT, taxes, duties, and customs
For Spain and European Union destinations, VAT applies according to the active checkout and tax settings. For the United States and Canada, European VAT normally does not apply, but local taxes, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may apply.
If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be shown before payment. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be payable to the carrier, customs broker, or local authority before or at delivery.
5. Lithium battery transport
Q.ik e-bikes may include lithium-ion batteries. Lithium batteries are regulated for transport and may require specific carrier services, special packaging, or longer delivery times. Some remote areas may not accept battery shipments. Damaged, swollen, leaking, modified, or unsafe batteries cannot be shipped.
6. Delivery inspection and returns
If the carton is visibly damaged, take photos before opening it, keep all packaging, and contact us as soon as possible. If the product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Do not ship an e-bike or battery back to us without written return instructions. Returns involving lithium-ion batteries must follow carrier and dangerous goods transport rules.
